Luxury Bedrooms
The ground floor bedroom has a Kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes together with oak bedroom furniture and a view to the back of the property. Upstairs there is a Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a Juliet Balcony with views across the golf course. Both beds have luxury pocket sprung mattresses which are topped with an opulent cashmere cover over a blend of lamb’s wool and silk filling. So comfy!
Sumptuous John Lewis Hungarian Goose Down duvets and pillows covered in smooth Egyptian cotton linens complete the dreamy bedroom package.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with NEFF appliances; Double Oven, Microwave, Hob & Dishwasher as well as Fridge Freezer, Ninja Air Fryer, Smeg Kettle and Toaster, Tassimo Coffee Machine and Dyson Cordless Vacuum. There is a washing machine and drying room on the first floor.
The cottage comes supplied with a range of our favourite ECO products – Who Gives a Crap Toilet Paper & Kitchen Roll, Smol – Dishwasher Tablets, Washing up liquid, Kitchen Cleaner, Laundry Pods and Fabric Conditioner. So whilst you relax and restore you can be saving the planet at the same time!

Freeview TV is available on the 50 inch Smart TV. Newly connected to Full Fibre Broadband.
Outdoor Hot tub
Our outdoor hot tub lets you enjoy the bubbles whilst marvelling at the beauty of nature from its discreet location. Outdoor fairy lights enhance your hot tub experience as darkness falls.

The ground floor bathroom has a luxury shower cubicle with Grohe power shower – choose between Rain Head and Handheld showering option. Upstairs the bathroom is complete with a double ended two person bath together with LED mood lighting and roof lights for night time star gazing!
Highland Soap toiletries are supplied including Body Wash, Bubble Bath, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap and Hand lotion

Views to the mountains, beautiful natural woodland and across The Woodlands Estate to the loch can be enjoyed from the cottage.

Free Wifi is available as well a number of USB charger sockets in the main open plan living area for ease of recharging phones and devices.
ECO Air Source Heating
Eco Air Source Heating together with an aircon option is installed. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails and LED lighting is fitted throughout.
Log Burning Stove
There is a sleek Rais Rina log burning stove in the open plan living area. A starter pack of kiln dried logs and firelighters are supplied. Additional log supplies are available – please ask.

There is a private woodland veranda with outside furniture – where you can relax and enjoy nature and views all around.
